Walking up a slight hill along the famed 'Beech Avenue' in Dorset, I caught a glimpse of the late afternoon sun through the trees and decided to capture it.
The suns low position is due to the fact this shot was taken 'up hill'. Unfortunately I didn't have time to fine tune the composition as the suns position was shifting quickly and around 30 seconds after this shot, it was obscured behind the trees.
Longish exposure has caused some of the waving grasses in the foreground to blur nicely.
